Pink Sapphire & Platinum Deco Brooch Diamonds. This brooch is made with synthetic pink sapphires and is absolutely beautiful. It is made of platinum with a 18k white gold clasp. There are 16 small diamonds and 5.56 carats of faux sapphires. This lovely piece also looks stunning when worn on a chain (chain not included with sale).
