Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a fabulous piece from Keil’s “Junge Wilde” collection he created in Berlin. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower left corner and was executed on canvas like cloth. Oftentimes, Keil painted on cloth he had before he could afford canvas. This painting was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear. See less
