A good looking and decorative piece, the collar is clearly hallmarked with the sideways facing Lion for 925 Sterling Silver, the Ships Anchor for Birmingham made, the letter d for 1903 and the makers mark of E & Co The condition is good used and vintage, there maybe the odd imperfections you can’t really see, antique glass always has signs of age and use, to my eyes this looks to be in perfect condition.
