This is a very well made chest, a very good size with a glass top and small lip at the back, the other chest doesn't have this little lip. Its made in English oak and looks super cool. These pieces of furniture were made after the second world war when materials were in short supply, they were considered stylish, modern and very utilitarian for their time. Condition wise, it has been deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished from top to bottom, it will have normal age and use related patina marks here and there, mostly its in very good period order.
