Persian Tabriz circa 1920-30, handwoven in Iran with handspun wools and vegetable dyes. These rugs are better known as the Pahlavi Dynasty rugs, they were woven during Shah Of Iran Regin. This rug is in excellent condition with no wear spots or repairs. Some antique rugs show variations of color throughout the design (Abrash) this is not considered a flaw but a character of vegetable dyed rugs. The knot count is 50-Raj or 225 knots per square inch.
