The mix of solid and veneered walnut shows some signs of wear such as a long scratch on the table top (the table top that is exposed when folded), as well as other minor surface scratches and light blemishes along the edges of the table top (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). With that said the table is still in overall very good condition and the damage is mostly relegated to the side of the table that shows when the table is folded. The table easily turns on a pivot joint and then folds out to an extended width of 55.25" and and extended depth of 43.25" via a cleverly-designed series of solid brass hinges. The table easily shrinks down to a folded size of W - 43.25" x D - 27.5" x H - 29". This extraordinary folding table is ultra-functional, structurally sound and ready for a decades more of use.
