Keil painted with some of the greats, including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few.

This is a fabulous piece from Keil’s exclusive “Junge Wilde” collection, which he created in Germany and Spain during the 80s and 90s. It is executed on a cloth-like canvas and signed and dated “P. Keil ‘87” in the lower left corner. Oftentimes, Peter painted on various types of cloths and tablecloths because he could not yet afford canvas.

This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
