Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a gorgeous piece executed on cloth. Keil often painted on cloth he had before being able to afford canvas. This piece is from Keil’s “Junge Wilde” collection he created in Berlin in the early 80’s through the 90’s. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower right corner and was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in great condition with typical signs of age and wear. Please note the frame does not come with art, it was used only for photo purposes. See less
