Hand-knotted in silk circa 1920, this item is a rare 3x5 antique Persian Kashan rug among Rug & Kilim’s latest acquisitions in Oriental rugs.
On the Design:
This piece enjoys a play of medallion and all over floral patterns, with several intricate borders featuring vine scrolls. Rich burgundy, purple and beige tones underscore a play of pastels and jewel tones—particularly rich and lovely in its range of hues, its movement, and that regal sense of center that Kashani masterpieces exemplify among Persian rugs of any period. Admirers of the craft and keen eyes will note the silk’s subtle, yet elegant play of light underfoot.
Condition::

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
