An early 20th-Century Post Impressionist oil painting on board depicting a lovely bouquet of poppy flowers in an antique jug. This fine quality still life work is vibrantly executed by a very talented artist. It is a circa 1930's English School work. Presented in its original swept Montparnasse antique frame. Titled, 'Flowers in a Jug', unsigned. Medium, oil on artist board.
