Vintage Stangl Pottery Orchard Song Pattern Pedestal Cake Plate
The Stangl Orchard Song pattern was designed by Irene Sarnecki and was introduced in 1962. It remained in production until 1974. This serving piece has a white background decorated with hand painted light brown fruit with green leaves. The pattern is one of many fruit & floral themed designs and features incised lines and raised detail. Like most Stangl, it is hand painted with no two pieces exactly alike.
Measures ~ 10 1/2" in diameter x 4 1/4" H.
It is in excellent vintage condition. Without chips, deep scratches, or cracks. The colors are intact and bright. The glaze is shiny. Please see the pictures.
