"Mano A Mano" is a portrait of two Ancient busts on a column. Not in competition but a symbol for embracing the light and shadow within ourselves. A blending of the head and the heart.
Inspired by my love of Mediterranean architecture, sculpture and design.
Painted in 2021, with acrylic, oil & pastel on canvas. Measures 36" x 48".
**Due to the size, the painting will arrive un-stretched and carefully ROLLED in a box or tube. This method is great for larger works, and shipping costs are typically lower. Rolled canvas works can be easily re-stretched (i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer.
