This portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte is an oil painting inspired by Paul Delaroche's original “Napoleon at Fontainebleau, 31 March 1814 “ painted by Czech painter Frantisek Xaver Diblik who was a Graduate of the Prague Academy under Hanuš Schwaiger, legionnaire, designer of the regimental banners of the Czechoslovak Legion, creator of numerous portraits of exceptional personalities.
The original Delaroche piece is in Leipzig Museum. This piece has an attribution mark,
