The navy field presents two classic green / teal octogrammes flanking an ivory hooked hexagon. But the paired bi tonal leaves partially surrounding snowflake rosettes are very rare and striking. Salmon and blue quarter octogramme corners. The red main border shows a reversing turtle pattern. The light blue and cornflower blue accents overall are particularly attractive. Clear and clean colour palette. This Karadja rug is one of a thousand !! In very good condition with a more compact knotting than normally seen on these rugs. An outstanding example of this type.
