This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment.
A fine Art Deco period sterling silver and marcasite brooch featuring a rectangular carved shell cameo in the center. The cameo depicts the profile of a female wearing pearls and with her hair swept up. The piece is marked sterling and appears to have a maker's mark which is undesipherable. Condition is excellent.
