the lamp needs each 1 x e14 / e15 edison screw fit bulb, is wired, in working condition and runs both on 110 / 230 volt.
our lamps are checked, cleaned and are suitable for use in the usa. For usage in us you would only have to change the plug or get a holiday converter if needed.
