Rosetta Vercellotti, from Turin, started painting in 1977. He began using charcoal and then continued with wax pastels, ecolaces, oils and acrylics.
from the figurative he landed in the abstract, a genre that still prefers.
Rosetta has exhibited in various personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Among other things, he was present at the Promoter of the Fine Arts of Turin since 1991 to date and in the Official Circle of Presidio in Turin in 1993. He participated in the international visual arts exhibition of the Lazio Region dedicated to the "Women's Planet" with exhibition Collective at the Sinese Cultural Center in Rome in 1996. He received numerous prizes. It was first classified for the style at the "Trastevere" International Prize in 1996 and first classified for abstract painting at the "Ripetta" award in Rome in 1997.
In 2016 and 2019 he exhibited at the Circolo degli Artisti in Turin, in 2016 in the Gastaldi Gallery of the Sanctuary of Graglia, in 2020 at the Mouv space in Turin and in 2022 at the Cultural Center Conti Avogadro in Cerrione.
Still in 2022 he held a great anthological exhibition at the prestigious Palazzo Barolo in Turin entitled "Sensitive unknown" curated by Dino Aloi.
Angelo Mistrangelo in 2015 signed the monograph "Rosetta Vercellotti the world of the unconscious" for her, a monograph that is present in the libraries of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
In 2018 Claudia Ghiraldello published the book "Rosetta Vercellotti, the woman and the works", collection of the production of the artist of recent years.
In 2022 the volume "New breath" came out.
The books are published by the Il Pennino di Torino publishing house.
In 2023 the collaboration with Bohmfineart began.
