Aware of all this, Flaviana Chiarotto born April 8, 1954, in Loreo, province of Rovigo, and residing in Piedmont, transfuses into her paintings that Bergsonian "élan vital" that is emptiness, projection and cathartic pro- cess at the same time.
By virtue of this uncommon prerogative she can communicate moments that are from time to time expressions of tenderness, affection, reflection, abandonment, expectation, hope, nostalgia, truth or everydayness, as well as dispensers of memorial evocations, of in- ternal retreats in search of distant memories or segments of the soul sedimented in her since the age of in- fancy.
