Therefore our project was born from the exploration of two-dimensional geometries on one hand, and on the other one, from the design intent aimed at researching lightness and thinness, bringing them to unforeseen results. As a consequence, this was a path subject to curiosity, to research, to the story of how a light beam may transform the features of a marble surface becoming translucent, and a porcelain sheet turning as thin as an eggshell. Formaminima is an emerging brand within the italian design panorama, prone to exploring the concept of object itself, in the field of lighting and product design in its broadest sense. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
