This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment.
Unique made in France dress clip that can also be pinned on as a brooch. It is crafted of silver plated metal with Baroque revival styling and decorated with powder blue super sparkly rhinestones. Brooch fastens with a trombone style clasp typical of French jewelry. It is also marked Brevete', which translates to patented in French. We believe this piece dates to the 1930s or so. Measures about 1 3/4" wide.
