As told by a … Read more This Mid Century Modern Tile Painting was created by American artist Clyde Gray in the 1970’s. As told by a former employee of his from that era, Gray was an innovative thinker and was granted a patent for his process of painting on porcelain tiles. The colors in the tile of this painting are bright and clear, retaining their original condition. A dark goldenrod border beautifully complements the colors in the painting. The frame measures 9.25”h x 1.75”d x 9.25”h. It is in excellent vintage condition. Imperfections are limited to minor wear on the wood frame. Please refer to the images. See less
