Featuring … Read more This Modernist Octagonal Brass w/ Glass Rods & Frosted Shade Flush Mount Chandelier originates from the Italy, Circa 1980. Featuring a tiered a geometric design, composed in brass with glass rod detailing and a frosted glass, octagonal bottom shade capped with a brass fitting. The brass fittings are beautifully formed to house the glass rods which make up the graduated edges of the chandelier, diffusing light and creating a lovely contrast between the translucent glass of the rods and the frosted bottom glass shade. A truly eye-catching fixture with unobtrusive scale, this piece will style beautifully in a wide array of interiors in settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal spaces. Newly rewired for American standards. This piece is in excellent vintage condition. Takes three Candelabra Base bulbs achieving up to 180 watts of light.
