The front has two large … Read more Antique Napoleon III French chest of drawers made of exotic fine wood with marble top. The front has two large drawers removable by finely chiseled gilt bronze handles. The side drawers have a convex shape and bear the same geometric layout shown on the front. The two cantons are embellished with bronze leaf motif elements and end with skillfully chiseled bronze socks. The two cabriole feet are connected a mixtilinear band with a beautiful gilt bronze frieze skillfully chiseled in the center. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Provenance: 19th-century France. Measurements: 110x55 H85cm.
