Paul Holsby was born in 1921 in Norrtälje, died in 2007 in Höganäs. He was Swedish and a graphic designer. He studied with André Lhote in Paris from 1948-1951. Together with artists Harry Roskvist and Gillis Sahlin, he founded the Skånsk treklöver art group in 1946. Holsby also exhibited separately several times in Paris, and in Germany, the USA and Canada. He was represented at the National Museum, Kalmar Art Museum, Norrbotten Museum, Eskilstuna Art Museum, Institut Tessin and Circle Saint Exupéry in Tours.
Work in original vintage condition. The frame shows minor signs of use. This piece has an attribution mark,
