The traditional Moroccan Royal Teapot is handmade from silver and copper by skilled craftsmen in the ancient city of Marrakech. This Middle Eastern Tea system has been used for generations and is still used today. The airtight lid allows you to seal the flavor of your favorite tea so that it stays hot or cold and stays fresh longer.
The exquisite handmade design of this teapot highlights the charm of Morocco with its rich history and style. A wonderful object for any kitchen shelf brings an atmosphere of uniqueness to your home.
Preparation of Moroccan mint tea:
First, please boil the water in a pot. Rinse the teapot with boiling water, put 2 teaspoons of tea and pour a glass of hot water to rinse it, pour this first clear golden water into a cup: this is the "soul" of tea. Pour water over the tea again to rinse it, shake the teapot and get rid of this second green and turbid water, this rinse removes some of the bitterness of the tea. Then dip a handful of freshly washed and filtered mint into the teapot, add sugar to the desired taste and volume of the teapot. Fill the teapot with boiling water and cover it there, without letting the mint rise to the surface so that it does not darken. Let the tea infuse for 5 minutes before serving. Drink too hot.
