1950’s large white mottled goto glass suspended ceiling lamp. Extraordinary mouth blown and hand formed glass lamp made in the czech republic by lustry kamenicky senon using the traditional murano goto technique. The molten clear glass is hot rolled onto ships of white glass which fuse into the molten clear glass creating the mottled effect. The czech republic has a rich international history of glass production championed by the iconic lustry kamenicky senon glassworks. In exceptional original condition, the brass mounting plate, rod and base has been cleaned and sealed. All our lamps have been carefully restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern european ce standard components to bs en 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to bs en 60598. Included: each lamp comes completely wired and ready to install the lamp is fitted with a standard e27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend led bulbs 6w maximum. Listing is for one lamp, twenty available when published. The rod is a fixed length.
