This Cobra/Pipeline sofa is in lovely condition, original upholstery with wear consistent with age and use. Trained as a saddler and upholsterer, Erik Jørgensen established his workshop in 1954 which grew out to become an international furniture brand and a family firm. In the 1980s he teamed up with designer duo Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen — today two of Scandinavia’s most renowned and successful contemporary furniture designers. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
