Hand-knotted in wool, a 4x7 distressed vintage rug from our Mid century Pasha collection, commemorating the works of an exemplary Turkish artist.
The 1960s style takes an intriguing liberty with geometric deco sensibilities for creating medallions in brown & white with similar whimsical patterns in olive green for an interesting contrast .The pattern along with the mature colorplay offers a subtle boho chic element that perfectly complements the minimal distress in this versatile scale. Thriving in healthy condition with only subtle wear, a full pile piece well suited for prestigious projects yearning for character & dimension.
Connoisseurs may note tones of eggplant as an accent in the medallions of the all over pattern, further lending to the collectibility of this iconic carpet design.
