It is also stamped sterling, although not as clear as it once probably was. There is no monogram. The condition is excellent. The handle looks fabulous, not perfect but very, very nice. The bowl has a number of small crease-like dents, 1-2mm in length and a few pockmark dents. These are not readily visible unless closely looking at the ladle bowl, in particular the underside. This is a stunningly beautiful piece made in a very classic, well-known, and elegant pattern by a company with the renowned name of Gorham. less
