Vintage Wood Fired Burnished Clay Sculpture of Woman on Horse, Signed (c. 1960). Woman with an elongated skull sits atop a horse. Signed on the bottom foot. Dark black burns with areas of reddish pink from the original clay coming through. Burnished in the manner of Oaxacan sculptures. In good condition with wear consistent with age. Light areas of wear along the edges of the horse’s hooves.
