This richly detailed piece is veneered in burled yew and amboyna, accented with intricate floral inlays of silver, mother-of-pearl, and ebonized wood. The hinged lid opens to reveal a pleated red velvet interior with a bevel-edged oval mirror and a removable tray with multiple compartments.
