Chromed steel frame and black leather seat and back cushioned love seat with tonal stitching throughout the leather. Beautiful rounded shaped silouette with a chrome Corbusier flair. It offers a compact yet elegant seating solution. Its seat height of 17" ensures comfortable lounging. This piece embodies enduring design. Featuring graceful curves and a classic black leather upholstery, the Fedra effortlessly captures attention. The tubular chrome structure adds a touch of sophistication to its freestanding design. The soft leather ensures a comfortable seating experience. The original black leather remains in excellent condition with minor signs of use. Made in Italy and 100% authentic Zeus Noto (with confirmation of authenticity available from the Milan Zeus Noto store).

A beautiful, classic and elegant piece, clad in supple black leather. Seat cushions are completely removable and held in place with some velcro (which has unglued with time but can be easily replaced with new - we just did not need to as the cushion does not move anyway). The chrome frame is light weight and easy to move - it is also in excellent shape! The middle of 3 legs in back has an ever so slight bend inward - but it is hardly noticeable and does not at all detract from the overall look of the couch - it can very likely be pushed back to be perfectly straight.

This loveseat is in excellent vintage condition, particularly given its age, and comes from a smoke-free, pet-free household. There are no labels, but it is authentic Zeus Noto, authenticated by Zeus Noto Milan offices (can share the authentication email).

ZEUS was born from a group of friends in 1984, amidst the enthusiasm and drive to exchange experiences in the fields of design, fashion and art, with the aim of sharing individual ideas and mixing them up, contaminating each other’s. A team of young designers not fully on board with the coloured and striking postmodernism found more ground in the philosophy of a synthesis design: the Zeus group started offering minimalist furniture that was black and chic. They chose ZEUS as their name, the divinity par excellence, with a deliberate bit of arrogance, thus creating an iconic, recognisable brand: a square containing three bars (fashion – art – design), topped by an eye-catching logo; all of it black on white. The ZEUS group, with an attitude that would be defined as ‘understatement’ today, became the author of everything: the graphics, design, art and fashion. less
