This is by Larry Prestwich, I don't see a signature but this may be signed under the mat board. Condition is very good with some light wear and damage to the frame. The frame has several scuffs of missing finish, a few gouges here and there, a light sanding and new finish would do it some good. Sight size approximately 19.5" x 13.5. See less
