It is painted … Read more This is a small charming painting of a child sitting on the grass with her bunny rabbit. It is painted with oils on a board. The light reflections are wonderful. It is a representative painting by artist, Christine Frisbee. It is typical of paintings from the late 19th Century to the early 20th Century. Also typical of the Cape Cod school of Art. It is framed in a gold leaf wide frame. The painting is 9x12 and the frame is 15x18

Christine is known for her representational and abstract paintings. Her work is shown in galleries on the East Coast and she shows around the country. She is a member of the National Association of Women Artists. Christine has studied at the Art Students League, the National Art Gallery, Silvermine Arts and with many prominent artists. including Joseph McGurl, Jonathan McPhillips, Peter Bonner and Dimitry Wright.
