This globe could have come straight off Don Draper’s desk in the height of the Cold War. It screams Mid … more This globe could have come straight off Don Draper’s desk in the height of the Cold War. It screams Mid Century Modern with its brass-like metal stand and axis, and allows anyone who gazed upon it to see the world as it was in the early 1960s. The USSR is intact, Yugoslavia was still a country, and Vietnam was divided. East Germany shows as a territory on this globe versus a country. This 12-inch Repogle Reference Globe was made in the United State, and was designed and edited by cartographer Gustav Bruekmann. Measures 16" wide and 16.5" tall including the stand and axis. In very good vintage condition overall, with some minor nicks and one longer scratch in the North Atlantic that are depicted in the photos. less

- Chairish Express In-Home Delivery
- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
