It’s a family of light sculptures which all differ through their form, size, and color temperature, but yet all belong to one specific group. Trying to evoke feelings such as anonymity, freedom, need for interaction, and solidarity. The light sculptures get through the day almost unattended but once the sun sets, they radiate, practically demanding their notification. “atelier haute cuisine” that is founded in 2009 by bernd tyskens and benny conings we don’t do any cooking or other food related stuff. But acting like cooks we mix different ingredients together in a way they contribute to a greater whole. Just like a chef would cook a meal. The outcome can be handmade objects, lightsculptures, furniture, site specific installations and concepts. See less
