A Minton parian figure of Dorothea, 1845-1850. This sculpture by John Bell (UK, 1811-1895) depicts Dorothea, a character from the Don Quixote novel, at river's edge. The dimensions are 14" tall, 7" wide, and 8" deep.
Very good antique condition with wear commensurate with age. A portion of one of the raised marks is missing. Please see photos. Otherwise, typical surface wear, minor scuffs, etc.
