Antique Empire bed in maple and brass.
This bed, which has already stood the test of nearly two centuries, is in excellent condition: solid and sturdy, the inlaid illustrations are of exceptional quality.
For mattress dimensions, please refer to the annotated photo. A full-size mattress will fit, but you can also opt for a custom-made mattress.
The Empire period in France corresponds to the reign of Napoleon I at the beginning of the 19th century.
The theme of Ancient Greece enjoyed a resurgence of interest throughout the 19th century. Here, among other things, a vestal virgin and cornucopias are depicted with great finesse.
