Impressive contemporary necklace containing four strands of ruby beads accented with two - 18k white gold tutti frutti spacers. The spacers have carved ruby, emerald and sapphire leaves and diamonds. At the back, there is a pave diamond 14k white gold clasp. The necklace is 17.25" long by 1.25" height.
According to AJU - Tutti Frutti is: "These extremely imaginative jewels were designed with movement and depth, adorned with brilliant and colorful gemstones. The stones ran the gamut from cabochons to faceted and fancifully carved. Cartier popularized this jewelry style in the 1920's after an inspirational trip to India where the gemstones were carved."
