This piece is a new, very large, painting in my "Primaries" series. It features a monument I saw just outside the Vatican while visiting Rome this summer. I am not sure who or what the monument commemorates or celebrates but it was strange and marvelous. In it, a man in a fancy uniform rides a large and wonderful horse, with a little dog running alongside them. Man and horse both look down at the dog, who looks up at them creating a sort of circle within the center of the composition.
The painting is entirely composed of three colors--red, blue, and yellow-- and features black painterly outlines over the color-blocked offset base colors. A primary yellow, bright orange-red, and Yves Klein / Frida Kahlo super-matte ultramarine blue make this piece rather striking and special.
It'll ship, as always, wrapped in layers of glassine and padding and joy from my pretty new studio in San Leandro California.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
