The extra-long dangling design with graduated egg-shaped beads is all covered with crystal rhinestones on a beige resin background frame. These pieces boast a lovely palette of burnt topaz, smoke gray, light taupe, and silver colors. The brand tag is at the back under the fastenings. Richard Kerr began designing jewelry in Dallas, TX, in 1980.
