The amazing tray is engraved with an intricate pair of elongated six sided stars, with a stippled and floral engraved background. Hallmarks are: Garniture Argenti, JM within a square as well as a spiked roundel. There are 10'E, which indicates that for every 10 kilos of base metal, 1 kilo of silver was used, which indicates the highest quality of French silver plate. Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Length including handles=26-1/4 inches, Width side to side=19-1/4 inches, Height from top edge to bottom=2 inches without handle, 4 inches with handles. This marvelous charcuterie or serving tray has been well cared for, gently used and is in excellent antique condition, free from damage or repairs and with all plating intact and comes with it's own tarnish resistant sleeper bag. There is light scratching and pinpoint marks on the backside. It is the perfect addition to your entertaining serving collection, particularly if you like the fabulous wine based design. See less
