Stylish natural jelly opal & diamond cocktail ring crafted in 900 platinum.
Cabochon cut natural jelly opal, 4.92 carats (11.40 x 9mm x 9.3mm). The opal is in excellent condition and free of cracks or crisps. The opal exhibits a strong play of colours from blue to green, turquoise, orange yellow and bits of red. Surrounding the opal is 10 full cut & single cut diamonds, total weight approx. 0.25ct, G-H colour, VS-SI qualities, good cuts.
The jelly opal lights up in natural sunlight, with interchangeable colours as alluring as confetti. Jelly opals have a wonderous watery like appearance showing strong colour flashes with every movement of the ring. The cocktail ring is medium in scale and makes a nice statement on the hand. The medium rise ring (11.5mm - 0.45 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 5 3/4 (sizable). The mount measures 19mm in length (0.74 inches) and 13.5mm wide (0.53 inches) rising 11.5mm from the finger.
Metal & Hallmark: Platinum. The ring is hallmarked "P.m" (also acid tested positive for platinum)

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
