This coffeepot looks like German Hanau Silver given the marks. Furthermore, the coffeepot is hallmarked with the Dutch silver hallmark, used after 1953, after it has been imported to the Netherlands with the tax mark "V" and the text Roelof Citroen, Importer jeweler Roelof Citroen ( Amsterdam).
