It has been professionally polished and then lacquered so it will not tarnish. The outline of the rooster form becomes the shape of the tray. The scalloped edge on the right hand side is part of the body shape. Perfect for all your entertaining needs and serving.
This is a rare one and not seen before. The interior space for serving is 11" W x 7.5" D. The rooster form on the left hand side juts upward. There is a raised form or part in the center of the tray that is part of the rooster's body. Fun fun fun for barware. Rooster pieces seem to be desirable and collectable. A true winner indeed!
