Using a vibrant palette of colors and visible brushwork the personality and character of this landscape comes to life. A body of fresh greens, yellows and oranges fill simplified forms under a light blue sky giving evidence to the artistry of nature.

This expressive painting was inspired by a Cherry tree in my neighbors yard and was painted from a photo that I took from in the peak of spring. It has special significance to my time here in and getting to know my neighbors over the past 20+ years.

I created the painting on a gallery wrapped canvas. It is signed and can be hung framed or unframed. See less
