The oval profiles of the table legs come from the aviation (held aircraft wings), an unusual and unique design approach at the time.
The table was first presented in 1929 at the Paris Salon d'Automne. His unique selling point at the time was the subdivision of the table frame and tabletop, which gives the plate weightlessness.
The height of the lying glass plate is adjustable.
The glass is original however, the edges had to be worked over by a professional glass grinding shop. As a result, the glass top is shorter than it was originally (215 cm instead of 225cm). This piece has an attribution mark,
