The polished bronze large skull head and small apple are yin and yang. It sits on an ebonized wood original base that has been redone. It is signed inside by an unknown sculptor named Elias on the inside. The wood there has not been ebonized because of the signature. It definitely elicits conversation. The bronze parts are attached to the base with screws. The skull is large and the apple is small. There is patina to the crevices of the skull like form part of the bronze; as is. This is a fabulous sculpture that we will not let go except for the price we need. It is heavy and fabulous. It can go on a pedestal or console. It is vintage from the '70s. This must go on a truck.
