A perfect Borge Mogensen ‘155’ dining chair, produced by Soborg furniture and designed back in 1949.
Mogensen shared the aesthetical sensibilities of his forward-thinking Danish colleagues; together with designers such as Arne Jacobsen and Hans Wegner, Mogensen created worldwide respect for Danish furniture design.
Refined Danish styling details; the oval silhouette of the plywood teak veneered backrest and seating part makes a warming complement to the waterdrop-shaped cutouts of the light oak frame. A remarkable comfortable dining chair that, despite its light appearance, is extremely durable and stable.
Fantastic and very solid condition so can be used right away.
