The light itself is a beautiful turquoise colored ceramic. It has a brass color cap that I noticed had some pitting due to age, and a beautiful wood base. There are slits through out which gives for a silhouette effect. It has a gold color filling the striped details, and a white color inside of the light. My favorite part about this light is the contrast of colors and the beautiful blue turquoise color that they used in the glaze. See less

This light is in very good condition I noticed a few scratches on the cap and some pitting but nothing major. I also noticed there was some paint on the cap where they had painted the ceiling. Also, there are a few scuffs and scratches on the light but not big enough to really notice unless you tried.
